electricity

This was the first thing I thought of for the current Illustration Friday theme, "electricity". What I just discovered when researching these animals is that electric eels are actually fish! Who knew?

So original!
This is so well-drawn and a great idea too.
It reminded me of my childhood fascination seeing the electric eels at entrance of the local aquarium. It even had a meter to show the voltage if memory serves me correctly.
lol now this reminds me of the time when i was swimming by the beach when i was about 12ish.. i really thought an electric eel just passed between my knees! i screamed!! but geesh.. it was only a seaweed.. ha!

Fish? I thought they were gross!
I've seen some big eels in the Carib. They never look like happy fellows.
